Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CarbonList, we take pride in providing high-quality automotive parts and accessories. Please carefully review your order, vehicle fitment, specifications, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase through CarbonList, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Orders cannot be canceled due to change of mind, purchasing the incorrect item, choosing the incorrect vehicle option, finding the product elsewhere for a lower price, installation difficulties, or no longer wanting the product.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it immediately begins processing. Because products may be allocated, ordered from our suppliers, prepared, packaged, or scheduled for fulfillment shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled or modified after they are placed.

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute in an attempt to bypass this policy does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Fitment & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product being purchased is compatible with their vehicle before placing an order.

Vehicle information, including but not limited to year, make, model, trim, drivetrain, body style, headlight type, and other applicable factory options, should be verified before purchase.

CarbonList is not responsible for orders placed for an incorrect vehicle, model, configuration, or specification.

If you are unsure about fitment, please contact CarbonList before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exceptions may be made when an issue is directly the responsibility of CarbonList, including:

• CarbonList shipped the incorrect product.
• The product arrives materially damaged during shipping.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• An item is materially different from what was ordered due to an error by CarbonList.

Customers must contact CarbonList promptly after delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue, the product, packaging, shipping label, and any other information reasonably requested to verify the claim.

Do not install, modify, paint, wrap, drill, cut, alter, or otherwise use an item that you believe is incorrect or damaged.

Installation or modification of the product may affect eligibility for a replacement or other remedy unless the defect could not reasonably have been discovered before installation.

If CarbonList determines that the issue was caused by us or qualifies as a verified product defect, CarbonList may, at its discretion and as permitted by applicable law, provide a replacement, replacement component, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Installation & Labor Costs

CarbonList is not responsible for third-party labor charges, installation costs, removal costs, diagnostic fees, vehicle downtime, rental vehicles, loss of use, or other incidental expenses associated with installing, removing, diagnosing, repairing, or replacing a product, except where otherwise required by law.

Professional installation is strongly recommended for aftermarket automotive components.

Installation Damage

CarbonList is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation
• Improper wiring or coding
• Improper use
• Accidents or impact
• Vehicle modifications
• Installation by the customer or a third-party shop
• Failure to follow installation instructions
• Cutting, drilling, sanding, trimming, painting, or otherwise modifying the product
• Normal wear and tear

Any damage caused after delivery that is unrelated to a verified manufacturing defect or CarbonList error is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Cosmetic & Aftermarket Product Variations

Many CarbonList products are aftermarket automotive components. Minor variations in carbon-fiber weave, finish, color, texture, alignment, molding, or other cosmetic characteristics may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Some aftermarket products may require professional adjustment or minor fitment work during installation.

Shipping Delays

Estimated processing, production, and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, supply-chain delays, and other circumstances outside CarbonList’s reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Where applicable law requires CarbonList to obtain approval for a delayed shipment or issue a refund because an order cannot be fulfilled within the required timeframe, CarbonList will comply with those requirements.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, customers should immediately contact the carrier and CarbonList if they believe the package was lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered.

Claims will be reviewed individually and may require cooperation with the shipping carrier.

Refused & Undeliverable Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Packages refused by the customer or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Any additional shipping charges associated with reshipping an order may be the customer’s responsibility.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact CarbonList and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to resolve an eligible order issue before initiating a payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested using order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, acceptance of this policy, and other available documentation.

This provision does not limit any rights a customer may have under applicable law or the rules of their payment provider.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

If applicable federal, state, or local law requires a refund, cancellation, replacement, or other remedy despite a provision of this policy, CarbonList will comply with applicable law.

Agreement to Policy

By placing an order with CarbonList, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your order information and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing your purchase.

CarbonList reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy becomes effective.
